WHAT CONDITIONS OF MERCHANDISE DO WE TRADE ?
NEW - New assets are in original packaging and possess all of the characteristics / qualities / features as advertised by the manufacturer. Traditionally, they are overstock items that were never offered for sale in a retail environment or used in any way.
REFURBISHED - Refurbished assets are used but have been inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition. They rarely come in original packaging and seldomcontain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories. Due to their operational history, refurbished assets possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age.
SHELF PULLS - Shelf pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns, and have been exposed to appreciable customer contact.
In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling.
Accordingly, Shelf Pulls may exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.
USED - Used assets were previously sold and put into use. They possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age. Since these assets are usually pulled from a working environment, they rarely come in original packaging and rarely contain any documentation, additional parts, and/or accessories. They are minimally tested to meet only the most basic requirements of functionality. Used assets therefore may not be in optimal working condition and may require additional maintenance and repair.
RETURNS - Returned merchandise was sold to a customer, who then either physically brought the item back to a store or mailed it to a specified location. Reasons for returning a product may not have any correlation to its usefulness (i.e., size, colour, model, etc.), and as a result that product may be in fine working order. The majority of returns, however, do have some operational and/or cosmetic problem. Depending on a company's return policy, these items may also reflect a measurable amount of use.
In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a customer back to a store or a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. They generally do not come in original packaging and often do not have any of the
advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Accordingly, returns can exhibit a wide range of individual product and package conditions that can differ substantially from the original manufacturing.
SALVAGE - Salvage assets have been identified as defective for reasons concerning their functionality, appearance, or both. Salvage assets usually can only be used for parts.
SEARCHING FOR STOCK & FINDING THE MERCHANDISE
Browse stock listed on our site or search listings by performing a basic keyword search from the search bar on the home page. You don't have to be a member to browse the site freely. However, you will need to register for an account if you're interested to take an action and buy, sell, make offer on any of the stock you'll find on our Marketplace or to contact any supplier.
Choose to browse the surplus stock by various search requirements from the header on our homepage.
You can search for stock and surplus by country filter, by category of your choice or use the "Advanced Search" option for more detailed search and multiple criteria.
Clicking the link "Display listings from" just next to the globe icon will take you to a country filter, where you can choose a country of your preference or Display All to see all listings currently available on the website.
Offers which are due to close soon are featured under the "Ending Soon" button in the right hand side menu on the homepage. This will display all active ongoing sales finishing within the next 24 hours.
To find merchandise that can be shipped abroad, just click the "Available for Export" button from the right hand side menu on homepage.
When BUYING stock from abroad, please remember and make sure to check all seller's terms of sale together with the Import / Export TAX or VAT information.
When SELLING abroad and internationally, please make sure you provide this information for the buyers to avoid any possible misunderstandings later.
REGISTERING TO THE NETWORK - CREATING ACCOUNT
Registration is simple, and only takes a matter of seconds to complete and submit the registration form. To start the signup process, click on the CREATE ACCOUNT link in the header of the Homepage
Only users over the age of 18 years will be able to register.
You will be asked some very basic information. Please make sure that you fill up your full name and surname and address details correctly, this is mandatory and could be randomly checked by us sending you a verification letter to the address provided.
We are registered with DPA ( Data Protection Act ), therefore we can assure you that all your information will stay in absolute privacy.
After submitting your registration form, you' will receive our confirmation email and will be able to sign in immediately to your account. After registration you'll be signed in automatically.

About Me : You can mention information about yourself, your company and introduce your business to the other traders. This page will be your online business card. Here, you can mention your website, URL and relevant links to your business and pages.
My Profile : This page should mainly include information about yourself, real name and surname and your correct postal address. This primary information will then be used when dealing with other traders. Your trading address will then be visible to all registered users.
Other information will not be used and published and you can rest assured we will keep it in absolute privacy.
My Reputation : Leaving honest comments gives members a good idea of what to expect when dealing with other members. Leaving Feedback is also a way to express your appreciation for a job well done. Finally, if you are a buyer, you can help to spread the word about a seller you like, and if you are a seller, you can help to recognize and reward loyal customers, which encourages them to buy from you again.
My Reputation is a list of your feedbacks received from others and given to others. For each transaction, buyers and sellers can choose to rate each other by leaving Feedback. They can then leave a positive, negative, or a neutral rating, plus a short comment.
These ratings are used to determine Feedback scores. In most cases, members receive:
+1 point for each positive rating
No points for each neutral rating
-1 point for each negative rating

LISTING YOUR STOCK WITH US IS TOO EASY, HOW TO DO THAT ?!
Once you have signed up for an account and your account has been activated, you will be able to login and SUBMIT YOUR STOCK and assets through the Marketplace. This is done in one easy step and it is completely FREE.
You will need to be logged in your account to make a new stock listing.
In order to get your stock listed for sale, click on SUBMIT YOUR STOCK button at the top of the homepage or from your account area. You will now be redirected to a selling page.
PREPARE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR SALE AND LIST YOUR STOCK !
Preparation is a key ! Make sure you do your research and be realistic.
To get an idea of what to expect, to sell your assets for and to find out how other sellers have sold similar assets, take some time browsing the other listings. You can gain great insight into how to write a successful listing in order to get the best price possible by understanding why one listing got more offers than another.

Choose this option if you have one single stock lot for sale. This lot could be a mixture of different items or items of the same kind. You will then sell this lot for one single wholesale price you specify in on of the next steps.
2. Next choose the right category and subcategory for your listing.

3. In the next step, fill up the required information regarding the stock you are selling or offering.
Quantity of Items in Lot - How many items are in your lot you are selling ?
Total price for the Lot - What is the total price for the stock lot you are selling ?
Listing Currency - Choose from available money currencies.
Listing Duration - How long do you wish to list your offer for ?
Stock Condition - Choose from New, Used, Refurbished, Customer Returns, Factory Seconds, Shelf Pulls or Salvage, A, A+, B, C, D etc.

Lot Size - Large Item, Package, Truckload, Pallet
Stock Location - Let the Buyers know where your stock lot is located. Country and Zip / Postal Code of thecity, if you not sure just input the city name instead.
Available for Export ? - Choose YES or NO whether your stock lot is available for sale in other country or
not.
Sale Manifest - What is in the Lot ? - Manifest is the exact list of all items in your lot for sale.
This should inform the buyer about all items in a lot he's buying and, it's market price, condition, brand etc.
We strongly recommend that the sellers prepare a manifest for their sales. Let the buyer see the exact list of what is in the lot you are selling. You can download the template of the manifest here.
Only accepted formats are are Excel (.xls), PDF (.pdf), Office Word (.doc) or simple Notepad Text (.txt)
4. Next, choose the descriptive title for your Stock Listing.
This should be something catchy to attract buyers, but not too long. Use mainly keywords, include quantity and price.
Make a good description of your stock for sale. Imagine you are the buyer - what information
would they type in to find your item ?
Your description needs to provide buyers with all the information they need. Include information such as Brand, Quantity and Variance of units in the lot, Age, Condition, Country of Origin, Minimum order Quantity, etc. and be honest - don't withhold information that may be an issue later.
Don't forget to mention your Payment & Shipping Terms, Don't forget to include the TAX & VAT information or any Import or an Export Taxes that might be applicable.
If selling internationally, make sure you write your description in English to get the most out of your listing.
Do not provide your contact information in your description as your contact information will be included to the listing automatically. Your contact information will be used from the details provided in "Your/My Profile" section of your account.
Please Note that any contact information included to the Stock Description will be removed.
The BUYER will then have a chance to contact you simply by clicking CONTACT ME Button on the right hand side of every stock listing. He will have a chance to send you an email, a simple message or to contact you using your telephone number or address details provided.
"My Profile" and "About Me" are the two areas of your account you should use to present yourself to the buyers and other users of the Marketplace. Here, you can fill up and display your contact information, URL's and the way you wish to be contacted. Read more about "My Profile" and "About Me" here.
Please make sure these contact details are correct and true. Users with fake contact details will be immediately banned from using the website.
5. Next upload Images related to the Stock you are submitting.
Upload Images of your Stock - A picture tells a thousand words, so make sure to include few images of what exactly you are offering.
Majority of buyers are only searching offers with the images.
You can upload up to 9 images. The first image you upload will then be a main image for your listing. Uploaded Images can have up to a maximum of 300 Kb.
6. Next edit your Payment Options, Shipping and Returns Terms & Policy
Type of Service - Select what type of the Shipping Service you offer from available :
a) Domestic Only - Not for Export
b) International - Available For Export
c) Buyer must supply own shipping
d) Stock only to be collected
e) FOB Shipping
e) Other - See Description
WE ALSO STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO INSURE BOTH YOUR MONEY AND THE MERCHANDISE BEFORE SHIPPING !
Postage Cost - If you supply Shipping, please let the buyer know the Postage Cost. This will then be added to the Total Price the buyer will be charged from you - buyers want to know exactly how much they will end up paying for the whole lot. If you are offering the shipping service, make sure you include all of the relevant international or domestic postage costs.
Payment Methods - Select from available payment methods. How would you like to be paid from the buyer ?
Bank Transfer - Buyer will transfer funds into your Bank Account
Cash on Collection - Buyer will pay you upon the Stock Lot collection
Moneybookers - Buyer will pay you via Moneybookers.com account
PayPal - Buyer will pay you via PayPal account

Returns Policy & Terms - Inform the buyer about your Returns Policy and Terms. Do you accept Returns ? Or you don't accept

Before you hit the "SUBMIT Button" - Please read well through our Term's & Conditions.
Congratulations - You have now successfully submitted your stock for sale.
Please Note that every new submitted listing is manually approved by our human administrator. This way we are trying to minimize fraud and maximize security on the Marketplace. The Approval may take up to 12 hours.
You can now "Submit Similar Stock", where the description and other fields stay the same as on your last listing. You can change all or some the details of course or upload new or additional pictures if you need.
"Sell Additional Stock" - Submit other additional stock or "Back to My Account", this option will take you back to you User Account Overview.
MY ACCOUNT OVERVIEW- MEMBER'S AREA - BUYING & SELLING
Once you have successfully signed-in using the sign-in forms from the main page or from the login box (click on the "Sign-In" button or "My Account" button from the home page header), you will be redirected to the "My Account" page and Overview.
Use "My Account" to track all your activity on TheBiggestClearance.com Marketplace, especially useful if you have more than one lot for sale or if you are both selling, buying or bidding on several lots.
Buying and Selling Reminders - This field informs you about any activities you may easily forget, like questions on your listings from buyers, leaving feedbacks or about soon finishing listings that you may be watching. If you don't have any active reminders, this field is disabled.
Buying and Selling Totals from here, you'll get a great and quick overview of what actions are you taking, if you are selling or buying stock, stock you bought or sold or perhaps if you made any seller an offer.
SELLING STOCK
For SELLING activities, there are 3 areas available in your "My Account Overview" page :
1. I'M SELING AREA
Here you are able to view and control details of all listings you have submitted.
This is the information you will see in "Item's I'm Selling" field
Title and Image - Title and the main picture of your listing.
Qty of items in your Lot - Here you can see how items are there in your lot for sale.
Price - This is the fixed price your item is being sold.
Time Left - Time remaining till the end of your listing.
Action - Here you'll find several options, such as - Sell Similar, Edit Listing, Close Listing
To close the listing, you have to specify a reason for closing from the options provided :
* The assets were damaged, lost or stolen
* The assets became incomplete or differ with their description
* The assets are no longer available for sale
If you choose to edit the current listing, the edited listing is again first submitted for it's approval. After you close the listing you have an option to re-list the again from the "I DIDN'T SELL" area.
2. I DIDN'T SELL AREA
In the "I DIDN'T SELL" area you will be able to monitor and edit all the listings that finished or were closed without any success.
In this tab you'll get to see :
a ) Title and Image - Title and the main picture of your listing or Ad.
b ) Type - See the type of your listing - Fixed Price Currently
c ) Price - The price your lot was being sold for or price of your advertised stock.
d ) Action - Re-list, Delete
You have an option to delete such a listing or re-list it for sale again.
3. I SOLD AREA
"I SOLD" area is where all listings that have been successfully sold are placed.
a) Title and Image - Title and the main picture of your listing.
b) Final Price - The final price your stock lot has been sold for.
c) Ended - Date your listing ended
d) Status - Current status of your sale ( there are 2 stages as explained below )
1. MEET THE BUYER- when your listing sells successfully, it is then placed here into the "I SOLD" area, first of all you need to MEET THE BUYER to complete the sale. Click on the link.
This section offers all the information you will need to get in touch with your buyer to perfect and complete your sale. Contact details, address, telephone number, email etc.
Here you will also be able to use the "MESSAGE BOARD" - Message Board is a great communication tool with your buyer who purchased your item. Here you can ask questions and get answers directly.
To help us resolve future disputes you may have, please make sure you use the Message Board for any communication and this is then properly documented.
2. SALE COMPLETED - whenever your deal and transaction is done, mark your listing as "Sale Completed"
Once your transaction is completed, Leave Feedback for your buyer and encourage them to do the same for you. This part is important, more positive feedbacks you collect, more buyers will be happy to do business with you in the future. Read more about Feedback here.
e) Message - Here you can see your new messages regarding the sold stock in the Message Board, your communication tool with the buyer
f) Action - Re-list, Sell Similar, Delete ( Completed Sales only )
BUYING STOCK
Buying Merchandise with TheBiggestClearance.com is very easy. Every day new listings are added and you have a great selection of bargains to choose from all around the Globe. Once you have registered for your account and found merchandise of your interest, just use the BUY NOW button on the listing detail page to buy the item.
For BUYING activities, there are 2 sections available in "My Account Overview" page.
1. "ITEMS I'M WATCHING" AREA
You will be able to see the items you're currently watching in the "I'M WATCHING" area.
This is a simple tool that helps you keep a track with your favourite listings. If you find a listing you like, click the "Watch this listing" icon from the options on the listing detail page. This way you can perfectly keep a track about its status and progress. This is very handy especially with auctions as this way you can keep a track of all bids placed on your listing. The item watch feature lets you keep a close eye on any listing without having to place a bid or buying.
This feature means you can be kept up to date on how the listing or an auction is doing and in case of an auction, prepares you to place a winning last minute bid.
You can watch any auction or listing by clicking on the Watch this listing link on any listing detail page.
This tab will give you an overview of :
a ) Title and Image - Title and the main picture of the listing.
b ) Qty of items in your Lot - Here you can see how items are there in your lot you're interested in.
c ) Type - See the type of your listing - Fixed Price Currently
d ) Current Price - The current price the stock lot.
e ) Time Left - Time remaining till the end of the listing.

2. "I BOUGHT" AREA
Items you have bought with the BUY NOW feature or won in the auction will then display in the "I BOUGHT" area.
This tab will display the following information:
a) Title and Image - Title and the main picture of the listing.
b) Final Price - The final price you bought the stock lot for.
c) Ended - Date the listing ended
d) Status - Current status of you purchase ( there are 2 stages as explained below )
1. MEET THE SELLER - First of all you need to MEET THE SELLER to complete the purchase. Click on the link provided in this tab.
This section offers all the information you will need to get in touch with your seller to perfect and complete your transaction. All sellers contact details, address, telephone number, email etc.
Here you will also be able to use the "MESSAGE BOARD" - Message Board is a great communication tool designed to communicate with other users. Here you can ask questions and get answers directly.
To help us resolve possible future disputes you may have, please make sure you use the Message Board for any communication and whole transaction is then properly documented here.
2. SALE COMPLETED - whenever your deal and transaction is done and completed, mark your listing as "Sale Completed"
Once your transaction is completed, Leave Feedback for the seller and encourage them to do the same for you. This part is important, more positive feedbacks you collect, more seller and other users will be happy to do business with you in the future. Read more about Feedback here.
e) Message - Here you can see your new messages regarding the sold stock in the Message Board, your communication tool with the seller
f) Action - Re-list, Sell Similar, Delete ( You can only delete Completed Sales
SOME USEFUL SAFETY TIPS, QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Before you start buying please use the following safety tips :
DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS IF YOU ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT THE PURCHASE !
Do not press BUY NOW button if you really don't intend to buy stock. Such a seller will definitely give you a negative feedback and may also report you and you might then be suspended form from using the website.
CONTACT THE SELLER BEFORE YOU BUY.
We're trying to make our Marketplace as safe as we possibly can, however you should be aware, that there is lots of fraud going on the internet every day. And just because you trust us and the website, don't trust every user you meet here.
Before you make any purchase, you should contact the seller to collect as much information as you can. Please do so especially before you send money.
DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT ITS ORIGIN !
Do not buy any items if you don't have enough information collected about the item itself, its origin or if you don't trust the seller. Always check sellers member profile, about me page and particularly their feedback ratings.
Don't just check their feedback score or % of positive feedback - check the comments that other buyers have left, and whether they have experience selling items of a similar type and cost to the one you're interested in.
If a buyer leaves an unfair comment, a seller has the chance to respond, so read both sides and make up your own mind. You should be able to build up a fairly good picture of your seller using this method, and it should support you in making an informed decision when choosing who you will buy from.

Before you buy any stock, it's important to have all of your questions about the stock your interested in answered. We have provided you with a good selection of tools to make your transactions safer. All listings include a link in the Seller Information box to the "Ask Seller a Question" feature.
Using this feature is an easy way to make sure that all your questions are answered before you buy. All questions asked using this feature are seen publically, so the other buyers get also more information.
If you prefer, you can also contact the seller privately via email.

HOW CAN I ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MERCHANDISE ?
A Buyer can ask Seller a question about any of his stock offered for sale. Click on the "ASK SELLER A QUESTION" icon on any listing page and type in your question. The question will be sent directly to the seller and he will receive a email remainder about the question from you. Seller will then post his response to your question on the listing page.
Note: Before asking a question, please check to see if someone else has already posted the same question.
WHAT IS A MANIFEST ?
Manifest is a list of all items in a lot for sale. It may differ by the quantity variance. However this should inform the buyer exactly about all items in a lot he's interested in and its market price. We strongly recommend that the sellers prepare a manifest for their listings.

HOW CAN I LEAVE FEEDBACK ?
After every finished transaction, both buyer and seller have an option to leave feedback. You can leave positive, negative or neutral feedback depending on your general happiness with the whole transaction.
Feedbacks are then used for the future reference to your account, for your future reputation on the site. To leave feedback, simply click the "feedback" link in your members account.
